It does seem to be that the China Center for Adoption Affairs is a full month ahead of where they were. They are now through the end of March 2007, not February...so that is a little good news. Gary mentioned it to me over the weekend, and it made me feel great that he had noticed it also. So, maybe in 3 months our dossier will get into the review room, and we still have a long wait after that but it makes us feel like there is "progress" being made.
The Chinese New Year celebration at our adoption agency was this past weekend, we didn't go this year. I really didn't want to go through that again. It's tough to be in room full of "Avery's". All ages of "Avery's" too. So we opted out this year.

Great News!!! How long after your dossier gets into that "room" should you expect a referral? Good luck!
It's still about 10-12 months. So a little progress, but we'll take anything we can get!!!
